P.A.R. Motivations ®️

P-A-R Motivations ®️ is a single day public engagement program designed to promote individual growth by encouraging people to pursue their PASSION, possess the right ATTITUDE and take RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. Not only does this program aim to attract and identify the next generation of aviators, but attendees increase awareness of STEM-based career opportunities. Most importantly, attendees are MOTIVATED to follow the extraordinary example of the Tuskegee Airmen.
